Source Broker Inc. has been providing sourcing services to furniture manufacturers in Ontario since 2001. We fill a very strategic gap for manufacturers where most of the purchasing departments often focus on reordering existing components from the same suppliers while Source Broker works with its clients on seeking opportunities to improve materials, suppliers or reduce procurement costs. We do this by using our network of overseas suppliers that we have built since 2001. The company’s approach is unique where rather than charging clients a service fee, Source Broker Inc. negotiates commission structures with vendors, acting as an ongoing sales agency for chosen suppliers. This model ensures that clients receive expert sourcing services without additional costs, while vendors benefit from dedicated representation.
