Lineage, Inc. (formerly Lineage Logistics LLC)

Founded by former Morgan Stanley investment bankers Adam Forste and Kevin Marchetti who met early in their careers. Starting with the acquisition of a single warehouse (Seafreeze) in Seattle in 2008 through their Bay Grove Capital platform, they sought opportunity in the vital but overlooked cold storage industry. The company was formally established as Lineage in April 2012, combining multiple acquired warehousing companies into a unified platform with the vision of building a company they could grow and compound over a long duration.
