Fearless Meat

Fearless Meat was opened in early 2018 by David Brown, a master butcher with close to 50 years of experience. Originally from Kincardine, Ontario, Dave has been a Toronto Beach resident since the early 1980s. A member of the International Association of Culinary Professionals since 1988, he was called 'The Butcher of Canada' by culinary icon Julia Child. The restaurant embodies his philosophy of community support and quality ingredients.
